Anyone else experiencing this? Only started happening this week.

Yes, it’s driving me nuts! AND Lock n Load usually procs at the same time as Adrenaline, so the 4pc serves no purpose 3/4th of the time. Wondering if this is a bug? Wasn’t like this till this week.
I’m sure they really care and will fix it promptly, JUST like they did the Ele t12 set bonus…

So, it looks like they did a hotfix where Adrenaline wasn’t being consumed by arcane shot, but their hotfix messed up free lock n load consuming it as well…who knows how long it will take to hotfix again… meanwhile, guess we’re free to break 4pc for better stat gear. Although, AOE is still nice when it procs. But, in a boss fight I wasted almost all my adrenaline procs due to this bug…so I’m breaking 4pc.
Another hotfix will just break something else… Likely on a class they didn’t even touch.
