This, its much quicker for me to just pay $16.50(aus price) than rely on that many world quests.
Do you actually believe the complaints coming from Alliance players aren’t also about balance?

Blizzard was deliberately vague about how exactly the buff is calculated. For all we know, it might take into account the average war mode balance ratio over the course of the entire week, in which case turning it off right before the reset would make very little difference, even if all Alliance war mode players did that.
That isn’t even remotely true, and you know it. Horde are the biggest cry babies this side of Azeroth. Confirmation bias is a … ok nm
I think the reward should be variable based on the shard you are in. Or maybe there should be buffs on the minority faction players based on how much they are outnumbered.
I play Alliance. I play Horde on servers where there’s hardly any Horde. I’d be fine with giving a buff to minority players in a shard. 40 man raid tries to gank you? You’re a raid boss with a special raid boss ability bar!

Because as we saw, horde participated more, alliance got sick of being outnumbered and one by one decided to turn it off. The alliance are then further outnumbered, causing more to call it quits in a vicious cycle.
Eventually it became so lopsided that horde were roaming around in pvp shards with no alliance in them effectively making it a pve shard with 10% more rewards.

With a game as mature a WoW even removal of the racials wouldn’t fix the imbalance since by now the social reinforcement with more opportunities for competitive play already existing on Horde side. The only real fix is removing racials and allowing mixed Horde and Alliance play of raid and pvp. This would make the existing social groups on the Horde side available to Alliance players. This will also allow players to choose races and faction based on lore and aesthetics rather than the racials and the side that has the social structures that are more beneficial to competitive play.

Kind of like Pandarians… Make them choose a faction at lvl 20?? So you could be any race on any faction?

Interesting. I wonder how many other people do that.
One other thing I learned while leveling an Alliance alt through Kul’Tiras last night was some of them use this addon called Spy? It automatically detects enemy players and let’s you announce it to chat, so this one person had it do that to the zone chat. I wonder if that’s why when I’m on my Horde toons, that I see so many Alliance together all the time. They literally organize to zerg down any few Horde that are around.

First I’ve heard about Spy. We also have a quest to kill 25 Horde weekly. But we can not get credit in a raid group. When I’m working on that quest I usually do it during an Incursion and there are plenty of Horde and Alliance there working on the WQ and pvping in that area. Are you sure they’re not in the same spot bc they’re all in a WQ area?

The bonus is/was meant for the Alliance in the first place. It’s not for us.
It is an addon… I was getting ganked by so many alliance rogues and ferals that I tried it out and it works… almost to good if it went off: I went from Boomy to catform instantly to avoid the gank.
