Hi, I have had the schematic for the Viperid menace turn in for 2 days now, and no matter what I do, it won’t let me turn it in. I see the question mark on the map and I am in the right place, but it just won’t accept the turn-in. I would appreciate any help as I would have no other choice but to destroy the schematic and wait for another random drop to try again.

You must have the Forges available through your research first. That will still be several days away before that option will be available. Then it takes a little over 5 days for the research to complete and make the Sopranian Understanding active.
I received that same Schematic last night and went looking into why I couldn’t turn it in yet.

My question to you would be…then if this quest cannot be completed yet, WHY does the ? even show up on the map as being finished?
You guys apparently did not setup a system where we are not given false information on completions like this. It appears your system fails to recognize and prevent the ? from actually showing until it really is ready to turn in.
That’s not really something that Customer Support can answer, Agnass. We have zero involvement with the development or implementation of game content.

I picked this quest up on 2/25/22, my partner picked it up today. Neither of us has the “sopranian understanding” researched. They were able to turn it in for credit and I still am not able to do so.
This quest is bugged. I looted it prior to the forges being open. If there are pre-requisites, then the items shouldn’t be available to click prior to them unlocking. I’ve submitted numerous tickets on the same item. I can’t unlock the chest, not is the schematic available on the back of the library. It was one day. I clicked it…and it disappeared. Never in my inventory and not on my available pet list. I just submitted yet another ticket for this item.
Have you filed a bug report? Customer Support does not handle bugs. GMs can not fix bugs. A GM would only be able to help if QA/Devs authorized it.

Hi, have you completed all the quests up to finding and opening the first protoform synthesis forge? The Viperid Menace is for a pet, but none of the synthesized pets will show up in the pet list, they only show up at the forge itself. Daelic research to open the pet forge, Sopranian research and a 2 day quest chain to access the mount forge. Other than the viperid menace, no other pet/ mount schematics or materials should appear before you have completed the openings of each forge.
