Apparently there’s a new bug on the loose causing folks to “drop to honor level 1” from wherever it is they were at? Was skimming this board’s front-page this morning and that’s one of the things that stood out to me from the more recent complain threads
Multiple posters reporting they “dropped to 1” after getting hit with the (new and separate?) bug that is apparently live on the servers
That’s concerning for sure, since literally years of progress can be wiped out in an instant
The old/already-existing bug from the 11.0 prepatch back in July seemed to only erase some of your honor levels, but apparently the new bug erases everything all the way down to honor level 1

I still have the same problem, after many many tickets i only receive auto replies.
Pretty much the same here
Last ticket I put in got responded to with an automated email at almost 1 AM on a Monday… like, it’s sooooo obvious there’s no humans reading these tickets lol
Judging by the way the guild banks bug was handled, I’m guessing it’ll be a while before they get around to these other bugs
“Still waiting” on the Exalted reputations bug to be fixed as well

I must say, playing some random EBGs over the weekend it was somewhat bizarre gaining a few honor levels and then thinking to myself “hmmmm, I was this same honor level back in 2020 
”
Pretty surreal realizing you were already honor level X years in the past… but because some unqualified intern or “quota filler” screwed up some lines of code somewhere while working on TWW, you now get to “do it twice” and re-earn progress you already had years ago (literally) 
I assume the underlying data loss/data corruption bug is still not fixed, since I’ve seen a new report or two pop up over on the EU forums recently.
I’m curious if the bug can happen multiple times though (…since it’s still “live” and on the loose/still not fixed), so far the reports I’ve seen on here and on the EU board seem to indicate it only hits one time… but who knows

I went from almost level 400 to level 132. Ive opened many tickets and get the auto response no fix yet but working on it.
This needs to be solved!

Just adding in that I too am still without all of my honour levels 
Did the glitch also affect your HKs? I am seeing one player that dropped 475 honor levels and on the same day gained 872k HKs placing them first on the US HK list.
My HKs seem unchanged, but I haven’t taken the time to actually go thru every toon to verify. I generally don’t pay too much attention to HKs - I don’t really care about that number personally
Only the honor level went down. I remember it happened late-July after prepatch 11.0 was live. Never had any issues in Dragonflight and before (SL, BFA, Legion, etc), so it’s pretty obvious it’s some sort of bug directly related to the rollout of 11.0/TWW
To be honest, keeping track of HKs is fairly difficult since it’s character-specific… but honor level is just one single number across all your characters, so it’s much more noticeable and easy to keep track of (keeping track of 1 number versus like 10+ numbers in the case of HKs)

Just wondering, were u in an Alterac Valley last night? Saw someone with your name top damage on the charts at the end of the match, I think it was 1 billion+ dmg on the charts, crazy stuff 
Side-note, how do you do that? Post your rotation?
gets out pen and paper to jot down notes for my Lock alt

Not gonna lie with the way the guild bank’s bug was handled I was cynical/jaded (…especially since the honor level bug is like 4 months old/appeared back in July) that they would just ignore these other ongoing bugs as well
Perhaps there is still some hope left for the slew of post-TWW bugs getting fixed afterall
Still missing my 600 honor levels. Small indie company.
