Bug Quest Reward

Hello, my name in the game is Karka.

I feel very discouraged and frustrated, I did the whole quest chain leading to “Special Delivery to Shattrath City” just so I could get some Pre-Bis pants from my class and specialization.

When I choose the reward, with joy that I have finished, a chest appears in my inventory that does not correspond to the mission reward I chose. This item is called “Chestplate of A’dal”, I was looking for “Shattrath Leggins”.

I ask you please to assist me, I am desperate because it also ruins my next quest line and all my pre-encores.

I did a Ticker and this was the response:

Not much can be done over the forums, there aren’t any GMs here and it’s not a point of contact to them.

Try resubmitting the ticket again.

There should be a link at the bottom of their response that allows you to resubmit the ticket as the response did not solve the problem.

Resubmitted tickets will go into a higher priority queue.

We’re not currently aware of any bugs that would cause a quest reward other than the one selected, to be granted to the character. You’re welcome to submit a ticket, but I want to make sure you hold an appropriate expectations. This is not a request that the Game Masters will generally fulfill.

I’m very sure that i chosed/clicked the right reward and another one appears in my inventory.

Take me several hours do that quests alone just for that item.
