[bug] quest: putting olakin back together again (13220)

So I reported this bug in game.

Issue is simple Phasing is broken and the cleaver / thread don’t show up.

I was suggested to put a ticket in as Blizzard can auto complete trivial quests like this especially for loremaster, etc. It’s the 2nd last Quest I have for the Loremaster / storyline. The last one is the follow of this quest.

So I put a Ticket in and I was told the following:

Thank you for contacting us in regard to an issue with a quest. We are experiencing a high volume of tickets right now and apologize for being unable to discuss the issue further with you.

Are you kidding? High Volume of tickets so a game breaking progression bug for the Loremaster will just have to sit there… Are you kidding me? Worst part is I’m only playing a progression Character. People keep telling me if I want to enjoy older content lock your level and enjoy it… Now I can’t even get a Support person to complete those objectives so I can continue to move on.

If you read the entire email, Tip, it ends with:

Your ticket was identified to be about the issue addressed above. If this is not the case, please respond so a Game Master can manually review it.

The email you received is what we send out during periods of high volume because a lot of those contacts just need a little direction and aren’t necessarily something that we can help with.

Please reopen your ticket, we’ll be able to take a closer look at your issue.

Thanks I guess I got a little too excited to see that part. Went ahead and did that.
