I want to test my spell pen, is there a way to buff a training dummy with Shadow Protection? Seems there should be.
Can we make them hit back too?

Like retail tanking dummies. I remember when tanking dummies first arrived and dps was dying while testing dps.
That still happens. It made trips to venthyr hq fun. they put them right in the middle of the place so you could enjoy the show as you turned in quests lol.
other covenants hid the “training” site out of the way.
Make it so drain soul doesn’t give shards off a training dummy.

everyone should have to whisper and open trade with you for water/food.
That would increase the interaction between players, a net positive for the community aspect

Thar doeant happen until legion i think. The expansion with garrisons had training dummies that hit back. They were very much used by tanks to generate rage. I wish they would add them now.

No. Dummies are faction neutral.
But after hit is capped level is irrelevant. Do what pvpers do and duel
Why do you need to test your spell pen? If you have 80 spell pen your spells ignore 80 resistance.
And remove portals from Dalaran and Shattrath.
