Blizz you really should focus efforts on making healing more enjoyable for people. Add some flair and cool satisfying gameplay mechanics. Right now all you see in shuffle are disc priests. they either need to be nerfed or the other healers need to be buffed. its ridiculous right now.

Sometimes I think it’s better to nerf, sometimes I think it’s better to buff other things, usually it’s a bit of both.
In this case, I absolutely think disc is overtuned and needs a healing throughput nerf.
The QoL changes are nice, but the buff to shield did a lot more than just buff throughput by the intended amount.
Removing rapture and buffing baseline shields allow you to preemptively shield goes, functionally reduce the impact of mortal strikes, and give more globals to do damage AND effectively heal through attonement with PTW and Smites/offensive pennance.
That small buff has turned into something massive because of its functionality.

nerf and give back rapture, we will be happy. Whilst at it give us a knock like shadowlands.

You should change your attitude on healers in this game. To do that you’d need to play something other than SS disc priest 3 button class.
Maybe once you play like any other healer right now you’ll realize you’re playing an easy mode spec that people who aren’t even healing mains are getting legend in SS.

Well, i dunno, when i play good people i get rekt, when i dont i dont. I dunno, an hpal kept me locked down the whole fight the other day with ease. I was like whoa… lol

didn’t that buff get cancelled out but the loss of the +30% decaying shield
Not at all lol. They just let it happen i was like legit running from him, eventually, we tied 3-3 but still he was pro harassing lol
Typical stuff, DPS are allergic to kicking Holy Paladins apparently and I will never understand why.
I’ll freely admit to lacking awareness in most every aspect of this game, but the one thing I am always ALWAYS salivating over is the opportunity to kick a pally of any spec. For me nothing in WoW is more gratifying than killing pink class while they’re locked out of bubble. Like even if there’s a mere 1.342% chance that I’m going to be successful, best believe if I land the kick I’m full sending everything I have available in that moment, because it’s just that gratifying lol.
Without a doubt I can tell you that if I were to 1-5 a lobby, but that 1 win was me killing pink class while bubble wasn’t on CD but they couldn’t because of lockout, I consider that lobby a success.

IF Disc is 80% of hte ladder can we just delete the other healers we are clearly the superior healing experience.
Imagine going from ultra meta to #2, and in less than a week already making posts like this.

Looks like they are fixing stuff on Tuesday so I’m happy. Also the human racial buff is super nice.
