what area’s do you think needs improvement? and for which pvp environment are you thinking for?

it needs tuning on damage numbers, better stat distribution, mastery or haste % increase.

reworked talent tree that includes bursting options that aren’t tuned around hitting stationary boss mobs or a cheesey flanking strike one shot. or increase duration of mongoose bite buff in pvp instances

Surv is in a pretty good spot right now.

They need to do 2 things to make is feel completely balanced compared to most other specs.

  1. They need to remove Shell Cover and give use back Den Recovery.
  2. They need to buff the damage of Kill Shot. Right now it has so many talents that rely on Kill Shot being part of our kit, and right now it just have enough power behind it.

Other than that, Surv is amazing. It is the most fun spec in the game IMO and does nearly everything really well.

i agree that it’s the most fun spec in the game. it just can’t close games by itself like half the other specs, unless enemy healer is a potato, which is lame.

the amount of healer training wheels makes trapping too reliant on intim/bind/scatter, which need to be used for cross to make up for survival’s lack of damage

SV doesn’t need buffs, it needs homogenized secondaries. Having to play low vers and 50/50 the rest of your stats into haste/mast makes the spec EXTREMELY glass cannony, and if you make a mistake and don’t outplay someone you’re punished heavily for it.

The plus side, if played very well (and with the right comps), it doesn’t really lose to anything on paper.

It can close out games pretty reliably, just you might have to rely on a crit here or there to do so. The tuning for damage isn’t the problem, just purely the reliance on outplay because of the glass cannon aspect.
