The only survival skill is a pvp talent, such a shame.

Survival hunters are one of the more balanced specs (I consider them similar to Warriors) but need a bit more tuning to bring them up. I would say most good survival hunters are very skilled players who know how to utilize their tool kit.
Unlike rets who sniff crayons and roll face on keyboard. (Unfortunately the Ret I play with still hasn’t sniffed enough crayons).

Idk I haven’t felt damage is what’s holding me back in pvp really. I mean would it be nice to walk up and 100-0 someone with a couple mongoose bites? Sure but, it’s not necessary. How ever when I get into a game and my pet dies to nothing even while being healed from me and healer only to never be able to get the rez off. That seems like a huge problem to me.

Nothing more frustrating than when I get a SV pin down and he just disengage and start throwing stuff at me to death

Unholy DK are bad, my brother is playing with, YET, UH dk damage is still higher than SV.

They absolutely are. Not saying that SV doesn’t need buffs, but pretending that SV is the weakest melee simply isn’t true.
Just compare UH DK with SV hunter dps rankings and to his defensive abilities.
Math can refute you in a blink of an eye.
UH has just double representation than SV, which empirically proven A is more efficient than B.
It is, name it.
Assassin rogue has like 20 to 30% more damage than SV for example.
INB4: “representation does not means balance” except it means, you can’t deny math.
