So they are wanted in RBGS, like locks and balance druids.
Maybe buff frost in some way for RBGS.
Give frost an AOE MS or something.
AOE MS? That’s too much. Bring back deep freeze and give it to all the specs. That way you can help setup kill targets and burst better.
Bring back Deep Freeze only for frost, it will be too much for fire lol.
Make Presence of Mind able to be used with other spells rather than just AB. I remember when Arcane could land instant polys with it.
Fire in no way needs any form of buff, if deep freeze goes to anything it should be Frost
