imagine if blizz just reverted the weapon damage nerf that they added in the last phase of Cata!!!
"The reduction from 415% to 340% weapon damage for (cat) Feral Druids” This represents an 18.07% nerf to damage for kitties! If Blizzard were to revert this change, we would be on a more competitive level for DPS in PvE!
They need to be working on more important things like Ele t12 set bonuses.
Do they though? I wonder what the difference to revenue streams would be between doing new work and doing only maintenance.
They’re apparently dumping more resources into H+ in Cata despite those not being very popular in wrath so who knows.
I mean, I didn’t personally care much for them. I didn’t have any reason to do them, but I’m curious as to how we know if they were popular or not.
I would have typically guessed that they would have some metrics (usage based probably) to determine whether things are worth doing, but I probably wouldn’t feel safe betting on that assumption!
They were only popular to the retail Andy participation trophy generation.

Don’t know if i agree with this, they got slaughtered by rogue - X. and the 2s ladder was filled with rogue - x. They were an amazing comp up until ICC, but i wouldn’t say they were the most broken. It had counterplay.
Blizzard doesn’t have the resources to buff feral and they don’t need it.
Blizzard needs to do more productive things like revert Ele t12 set bonuses to pre DS.
I mean, looking at ladder stats rogue was only slightly more popular than druid for S8, I think it was more an issue of rogue players almost exclusively sniping as you get to the higher ratings. I say almost because I know Mir came over here and was smashing basically anyone and everyone.
But like I said there were R1 disc/ferals whose only gameplan was to just hold w at hpal because learning how to do anything beside that was unnecessary for 99.99% of their games. Feral was stupid then and it’s stupid now in cata. Instant cast clone and the feral just never being a target you can threaten to kill unless they make like 400 mistakes.
Priest was actually surprisingly tanky in S8 as well, again speaking as a warrior your full go could be negated by them just refreshing bubble sometimes if you just didn’t lottery hard enough. And if they were dwarf? Good luck getting more than 1 or 2 chances in even a 45 minute game to actually kill them due to stoneform clearing rend and deep wounds.
I hated fighting disc/feral if you can’t tell. Up there with preg and prot comps. And s5 preg/enh where they just held w and mashed purge until your healer died in the first 15 seconds.
Feral need a buff warriors need a nerf make warriors P1 Vanilla using only plate gear damage!!!
Maybe one day blizz see the errors of there ways and buff feral druids to be great again!!!

If you are going to buff caster classes ,and shamans and fix warriors within one day, you might as well bring back FFF Glyph at this point. Why keep ignoring the class when it literally encourages most feral druids players to quit the game if they have no interest on bearweaving or playing any other class.
Warriors were already fixed. Someone broke them with a new “fix” and they had to revert the new fix that nerfed prot by like 1600 dps.
Ferals should just git gud and learn how to bear weave or accept that you’ll always be bad at your class and underperform.
Maybe don’t force a class to bearweave , when blizz clearly acknowledge they don’t intend players to bearweave when playing feral druid on an official post
Had no issue with warriors rend weaving and overpower weaving for +200-300 dps so we could keep up with overtuned ferals.
Even bearweaving ferals are bottom of the DPS meters, not like it matters
And ferals doing their best right now will stay near the tanks for the whole expansion, the class clearly needs a little boost
Literally every feral i’ve seen on the forums begging for a buff is green or gray parsing. No buff will help make them good. They should actually learn how to play instead. It would do more for their dps than sitting on the forums begging for a buff they don’t need.
Top bearweaving ferals have similar damage to top tank damage parses , if not some of the closest to the tank by far
