Both BM and MM are strong rn. Once/if warrior is reigned in, MM and BM are going to run the show imo.

I mean I played a few Cupid BM games on my alt hunt and it felt pretty strong. It’s also insane in shuffle.
Side note: MM scatter felt better than splay, but it could just be I’m washed on lock now.

what mmr? and it’s trash in shuffle what. it’s the worst dot spec in the game that loses every cd trade. it’s literally just exist and hope your opponents grief cd rotation. once you’re playing anyone remotely good you lose all agency over the outcome of a round

BM/Dev/X is pretty nice. It’s damp sure but just about everything in the game is now.
Evasive + probably the strongest average throughput. Able to pillar and maintain damage. Plus the ability to absolutely demolish dbl melee zugs is fun.
The class could use a damage buff sure, but doesn’t really need it. It’s just severely limited in ‘good’ comps. (KFC still probably better than dev in most cases)
In shuffle you can’t die unless you’re being an absolute ape. I’m barely in double digit deaths in over 100 lobbies

Ya, BM doesn’t have a lot (any?) instakill burst, but the damage is impossible to shut down, they don’t have to cast ever and can do their entire rotation on the move. Maybe the other team doesnt have to deal with 2-3mil DPS for 12 sec like MM, but 800k~ non stop unrelenting DPS the entire game that is impossible to stop isn’t bad either. If you just focus on kiting, trapping/silencing on CD and keeping your damage rolling, eventually teams just fall over
I haven’t played my hunter much in last month or so, but I don’t really feel like I’d be at a disadvantage going BM vs MM. There’s going to be tough matchups (primarily warriors zugging you down), but you do really went into others that are considered tough matchups for everyone else (ie, mages)
