Broken support for a broken game

Can’t log in to my mage because somehow blinking on flat terrain landed me under the map and disconnected me. Can’t use the web support because the website won’t load on any browser. Got a ticket put in with an 18 hour wait. Really hating myself for continuing to waste my money with a company that continually goes out of its way to show that it cares nothing about its customers.

The wait time is actually down to 18 hours?? That is an improvement. It has been sitting around 30 days for the “estimate”, which is actually the longest tickets in queue waiting on specalists.

I am glad you got a ticket in, stuck is a fairly high priority that they should be getting too hopefully before the estimate you were given.

That’s definitely odd. It’s working fine for me from here in Canada :slight_smile: I’m using Chrome and the support selection page shows up okay for me.

For your ticket, did you use the stuck-character ticket option specifically? Mirasol is correct, those are handled with higher priority, but you have to have used the right option. It would look like this:

Try using the web support in an incognito tab or mode. That works for quite a few folks.

I’m in a similar boat. Used the unstuck service yesterday, still didn’t work. Finally managed to get a ticket in (using the correct link) and I’m at 13 hours.

Trying to use the self service again while I wait, but I can’t get it to load from browser or game, sigh.

Edit: Ticket resolved, so shorter than the 18 hours but still a bit of a wait.

I just tried the self-service option and it took a while, but the list of characters did finally populate. It didn’t look like it was going to, the circle on the page just kept spinning but then all of a sudden it loaded.

Were you able to get that far too Cheyaww? Just wondering if it failed before or after the characters loaded.

I had the page loading for about 15 minutes with nothing, but also just got the resolution email, so I stopped trying.

You do realize, of course, that the waiting time is because they are actually busy -helping- all custommers who requested help. They are not just waiting 18 hours so that they can play cards. In other words, they DO care about their customers.

If they didnt, they would simply not help at all.

Why does your link take you straight to it when i can’t access it going through the support options? I tried using chrome too and no luck just alot of waiting only for it to timeout and say how can i help you.

It’s sort of an oddball link. I keep a copy of it for situations like this. It doesn’t actually show up unless you get through the self-help process a second time where you’re technically on cool-down. That’s where it shows up. Likely it’s so that people try self-help first as it usually works quickly and then doesn’t require a ticket to a GM at all.

That particular ticket option usually shows up if the Stuck Service experiences an error where it cannot resolve the issue.
