Just a quick question it seems like only my account ( maybe others not sure ) can’t restore characters as it freezes my game and it crashes the game other than opening a ticket and playing phone tag with gms is there any other way to get help for it? I have a ticket open but this is going on week 2 of it being broken.

That isn’t the same problem I have sadly cause my character restore button works on 1 realm but not my main realm I play on. Just wanted to clarify I mean I can restore characters on 1 realm but not the realm I want to.
It is. There are a number of players having that exact issue. They can restore all characters but ones on one realm. Or all but one character.
Ok but I CAN’T even get to the restore character page as soon as I click the button it freezes my game and it crashes it. I don’t even get to see the deleted characters I have.
