Bringing back FOMO cosmetics =/= Giving it for Free

Oh those will transfer into retail? Do you have a source for this?

Oh hey there again.

They transfer as much as they did in original Classic.

So a useless post, because people here playing retail probably don’t care about what they can get in classic.

Ourgearing it hard. Also the artifacts the last patch were bonkers broken

Mage tower now is way harder

How is it useless if person said they wanted trying challenge? In Classic they can try that challenge.
Why aren’t you reading what we are discussing and stop bothering people with your useless posts. Thanks! :gift_heart:

No

So easy to uncover her real face with this one. :gift_heart:

Something tells me the Trading Post will never be “catchup-able”. I’m pretty sure Blizzard never said it outright either. Yeah the stuff will reappear, but so will 5 recolors of that same stuff.

I guess the sooner we stop caring about/giving in to FOMO, the sooner they might start respecting it.

what does this mean?

Your guess is as good as mine.

Im not gona be bothered to look you up and spend like, how much it took you 11 minutes, just to prove you are trolling. Your replies under this very topic gave you away.
I’m sorry you find my wording insulting :gift_heart:

I have to wonder if they even will do classic past cata its been becoming derivative at accelerating speeds. Especially since this whole event can be seen as an alternative to panda classic. Its odd to get ordos and scenarios and even some prepatch stuff but not even a variation of challenge modes. I’m not a classic player anyway tbh, playing more then one mmo even if its technically the same one is too much of a time commitment for me to justify.

If you ask me they shouldn’t even bring back Cata. But I think they can go up to WoD, since they need sub money.

Panda I could see, in fact I suspected they were going to skip cata for it, well until they announced it. Wod I can’t see it had too much content cut and ended up being a raid tier expansion from everything I’ve heard of it. By the time wod classic might happen we’ll likely have seen most wod dungeons in the m+ pool and possibly have the timewalking raid for it. At that point its mostly just to experience the class balance of the time and the two other raids along with misc stuff like challenge modes and brawlers guild.

At that point wouldn’t revamping it for retail make more sense?

I asked myself the same question once Classic was announced tbh. But if it brings money, I guess Classic is the way. People will pay for retail no matter what they provide.

Sorry to call you out for what you are.

Let’s be honest they have lied multiple times.

CMs don’t make sense in the context of the gearing track they’re introducing for this experience, which is designed to be horrendously imbalanced.

I would be happy to have new challenge modes, though getting all +20s in time during M+ seasons scratches that itch pretty well.

Several of the sets are very cool. I would disagree strongly with Brewa about the druid set - I think it looks super cool on worgen models, for example.

I am a player who enjoys limited time rewards behind challenging content, and I think a lot of people are motivated similarly, which is why Blizzard does this from time to time, though in my opinion far too rarely.

Making things that were advertised as prizes for challenging content offered only for a limited time available again down the road does dilute the achievement, however much people may say it wasn’t that big a deal back then, or that people shouldn’t care how other people get these things for much less effort now. It does, and the people making these arguments know it. They just want what they can’t have.

I will never be Hand of A’dal. I nuked my previous account, and so lost CM appearances and titles from MoP, WoD, and the Legion mage tower artifact appearances. And that’s okay. If you want these sorts of things now, then petition for Blizzard to introduce new similar opportunities to earn similar special rewards.

And if it turns out you don’t actually want to do that sort of content to get them, then they are not for you.
