tbh once you unlock the rep bonuses, valdrakken renown level 20 basically means you still have more than half of the grind left to go, because you get 3x the points from 1 to 10 and 2x from 10 to 20

Because they are relevant to some things
I.E.
My ED reputation is at around 8-9 now. Why donʻt I have the augment rune yet?

Pay to win is any system where a player can purchase something that is not superficial or cosmetic.
And gives a player an advantage over a person that doesnât spend the moneyâŠ
iE if I can just buy the legendary axe off of the blizzard store for 100 bucks

Your definition of hard work is strange. I dont consider farming rep over months hard work. Thatâs leisure work you can do while watching movies and whatnot. I dont hear about people watching movies while mythic raiding.
They are using money to bypass the game systems of playing the game to get the items that come from the Rep.
Itâs like WTFâŠwhy not just give us free Mythic gear at this point, because theyâve trivialized the entire point of working for anything.

You do get free mythic gear though; I have a bunch of ilvl 450+ gear on all of my characters and I didnât do any mythic raiding last season, so anyone who did must feel silly. And in an expansion or two Iâll be able to get all their transmog also

further 424 and 70 with reps where the rewards donât matter since S1 is nothing to even care about lol.
If itâs not hard work, then why doesnât EVERY single person on EVERY single character have fully maxed out rep already?
It takes time to do the content and build up the reputation.
The things from that rep are EARNED rewards.
EARNED rewards that are now obtainable via CASH.
Thatâs disgusting.

Itâs not max renown, it doesnât give ANY rep for the new faction, and Mythic Fyrakk isnât going to drop dead just because you stand there looking pretty.

Cause they dont care about useless cosmetics. Lets be real here. You would only have a point if, IF, those reps are REQUIRED to continue the game like if you couldnt even access the last raid because you lacked rep.

To allow their alts to gain faster rep for old reps. To push them forward in the storyline so they can join in current content without feeling behind.
They still need the currencies and mats to buy that stuff. They arenât getting it for free.
Are you purposely acting obtuse? A cosmetic that does nothing THAT YOU STILL HAVE TO HAVE THE CURRENCIES TO PURCHASE is nowhere near the same thing as player power GEAR.
And I can get last sessonâs tier appearances handed to me without stepping foot into the raid. Are you screaming about that too?
Wrong. THEY STILL HAVE TO BUY THE COSMETICS and none of those give the player a power advantage over anyone else.

What advantage does having a Mythic Tier appearance give you, over someone that didnât do the Mythic Raid?
Then why donât they just dish out free Tier appearances in this boost?
It gives rank 20 with all base Reps. 2 of those only go to rank 25. Itâs close enough.
The biggest GET from them are the scale colors, and those are obtainable at that rep level.
Then they shouldnât be getting rep handouts

Why is it OK to gate the COSMETICS of ONE type of content that has to be earned. But not other content.
WHEN MOST players actually end playing the World Content for thier rewards instead of Mythic Raiding.
There is NO gameplay advantage to giving players the Mythic Transmogs if they donât come with the Set Bonuses.

Couldnt care less if it was a thing or not. Havent used mine. Still have my 60 boost too. Iâm just on the side that this rep is pointless and is no way pay to win as you do not need to rep to play the game.
Fine you can complain about that but donât call it pay to winâŠI guess you could call it. Pay to be fabulous looking.
