Better we ask for new content instead of old recycled content.
I tend to see these threads a lot. From what I can tell, it’s usually a large majority pleading against a loud minority.
The two crowds of players & sides of the argument generally go as follows:

Players who are new, weren’t around the time or had too much life circumstances @ time of X item, mount or appearance was earnable / purchaseable or RNGrantable:
- “Bring it back? Please?
Even if its still hard – but as long as it’s merely possible…”
2 -
Usually just the players that actually have it:
- "NO!
You missed out, tough luck! Tsch - If it disatisfies you so much then you should just go play another game.

Quick opinion response: no.
Reason: Blizzard realised that it was a problematic inclusion. While they never went into detail, they said that they didn’t want it to become ‘common’ in the game, as common as the repair/vendor mounts are. If I were to speculate, I’d say that is for a couple of reasons. One, it’s size and tendency to crowd mailboxes just about everywhere. Multiple that by a few thousand and the game environment would become very cluttered. Second, its AH ability may be a bit like the garrison stuff - things they thought would be fun which turned out to be a problem. Having a mount that is able to buy and sell 24/7 by being near a mailbox may be part of it.
I doubt it will come back. shrugs They may change their minds but I suspect if they did it would be either changed in its function or be enormously expensive.

must be hard to think yourself such a victim that not getting a pixel item in a game throws you into panic mode.

Simple solution then: remove it from the game for everyone and refund the cost.
They took the kinder approach - they left it in for those who had purchased it within the expansion.
If its simply the auction function that people want, there are ways of doing that aside from putting back an expensive mount that is divisive (because only those who can afford it coudl get it). Create some form of toy with a short cd and an easy method obtaining it. Then everyone could earn it and it would disadvantage nobody.
Is it? People keep saying it appeared once since BFA and hit gold cap in an hour. Wouldn’t know though.
that would put me way over the goldcap. also 5mil when the token was 40k gold is not the same as 5mil when the token is 300k gold.
give one year of subscription instead to owners.
That would assume that people who had their Brutoflex taken away from them wouldn’t respond with “Poo to you, Blizz, I quit!” and unsubscribed. 
makes no difference, time gets added anyway.

despite protestations from some, when the mount does come back I bet you dollars to donuts token sales will go up.
While true at least token sales go to wow operating costs. Compared to these sites currently charging $2k to get the mount for you

It is now. It was missing for two years then Blizzard finally fixed it so it’s been showing back up, very rarely.

I will continue to believe that putting it back would be terrible for the game. There would be thousands of them standing around mailboxes and in every corner of the game. It would be an environmental disaster. And probably one thing that would make me consider quitting the game. I can only hope they stick by their original decision.
