Personally I like having the weekly conquest cap and the weekly pvp chest, they feel good in a weekly achievement/check list sort of way, but you can’t use them to gear up for pvp or anything. And you don’t get Titan Residuum from them.
It would be great to get pvp vendors in addition to that. Given how easy it is to gear thru pve activities (warfront, weekly event quest, raids, m+ especially) handicapping pvp feels wrong.
