tf didnt replace anything. Have raids drop like they do now and add Titanforging to open world fights. Everyone wins and all content is relevant.

Keep everything that’s already in the game. Valor all of it and add rng loot upgrades too the game.
STOP TRYING TO GATEKEEPER EVERYONE FROM HIGH ITEM LEVEL GEAR.
IF YOU ARE AN ELITE PLAYER YOU HAVE ALWAYS GEARED FASTER THAN ANYONE BELOW YOUR SKILL LEVEL. Even when max TITANFORGING was around.
The whole idea that TITANFORGING will replace all current gearing is utterly and wholly ridiculous.

You gear at the exact same speed. It’s just that your finish line is world quest gear. If anything mythic raiders take way longer because they have to gear up through all available content.
Just because an ilvl exists doesn’t mean you deserve it. Go earn it.
So your absolutely ok with people buying boosts for gold via what they farm in game or the WoW token. Which we know is never going away.
BUT YOUR NOT OK ALLOWING AN RNG SYSTEM THAT WOULD BENEFIT YOU TOO,
Just so KELLY 400 ping player never sees a rng MAX TITANFORGING OR MAX ITEM LEVEL AGAIN UNLESS THEY BUY IT.
Ridiculous and you know it.
Did you know statically based on memberships to boosting communities it appears the vast majority of mythic players boost for gold. I am even perfectly fine with boosting for gold and I thinks it fun. But THERE IS SOME HYPOCRISY HERE.

Yep as long as the gear remains in the difficulty it belongs I don’t care if people have it.
It’s not my problem you don’t understand that if you only do world content your max ilvl is lower than raiders. You need to figure it out and accept it though. Maybe pretend content you don’t run doesn’t exist if that helps.

Well fortunately they are already changing loot and have been changing loot walking back a lot of what players like you advocated then disliked.
Bring back TITANFORGING it’s one of the last ideas players like yourself wanted and needs to be walked back!!

Yes me, the guy running normal raids. Literally bottom barrel content that apparently makes me an elitist in your eyes. I am smart enough to understand how forging was ruining the game and how it personally ruined the game for me.
Titanforging is not coming back. Play some tougher content if you want better gear. That is how MMO’s work.

Not really. For example the chances of an item from EN LFR getting the same ilvl from say ABT in general was so massively small it was not worth farming older content for gear anyway.

Yes I think world quests should have a chance to drop max item level just like they did during legion.
I mean only about 10 percent of the people that used to play this game since legion and even less than if you consider WoWs peak.
The very mmorpg that’s dominating the headlines allows everyone to get the highest items just by running dungeons with others.
But you know I’m aware there is some playing that would have to be the last people logging in to realize they where wrong if even then.
Fortunately the rumor is 10.0 is going to be extremely casual and solo player friendly and even more after 10.0.
Look at 9.2 it’s already happening. Blizzard is a pretty smart company.

I see more of the same in 9.2 - systems on systems. Nothing even remotely different.
Frankly legion had a great balance with the follower quests and the follower quest rewards where a perfect well timed way to gear up. And since it was not flaunted like the chest was once a week no one focused on it’s gear ups and cried like babies.
Just give me back the legion follower system with the quests that allowed me to get gear ups from running regular raids and that would be totally cool.
Why is it they keep the stuff we hate yet trash all the stuff we like from expac to expac.

Not true. The best current gear comes from savages and raids. Hey though you can farm poetics for last tiers almost best gear so you are kind of right.
Listen and understand. Just because an ilvl exists doesn’t mean we are all entitled to it. Run the content, earn the gear, that’s how gear treadmill games work. Don’t like it then bugger off.

actually with titanforged loot lottery everyboday benefits whether its sweaty tryhard mystic raiders or rated pvp player or casual non sweaty hardcore casual fun players who just log on to 360 noscope noobs in random battlegrounds for 30 minutes.

You clearly are confused, right now you can buy the highest item level in the game with Allagan tombstones of astronomy.
A currency you earn from running dungeons.
It’s always been like that and I’ve played since beta.
Sometimes the weapons have been 5 levels higher but the weekly tombstone gear is always the highest item level with maybe weaker secondary stats. Just like WoW used to be.
All casuals can obtain the highest item levels in the game by upgrading tombstone gear during the raid tiers.
