I would love a TBC server option. They should’ve kept one going imo. The best option now is to probably start a fresh one and leave it going indefinitely to preserve the experience.

I’m hoping for exactly this too as everyone could start fresh, and they would wipe all gold on the server. Hoping for a fresh Era BC server that’s there permanently.

Add me to the list that would love a BC server. It’s definitely my favorite version of the game, for sure. The zones, the music, the questlines, the tier sets, the dungeons & raids, and all the dailies. Love all of it.
I also feel like there is so much to do when you hit level 70 (besides raid & pvp) and that is exactly what Classic is lacking. Unless you pvp or raid, there isn’t much to do for a casual player. With BC there are so many dailies for so many factions and professions, I never ran out of stuff to do. And although I played BC when it first launched, I never felt like I got to complete everything I wanted to do in that xpac before Wrath launched. And I honestly can’t stand Wrath (got a character to 80 on Wrath classic and never logged back in).
Please bring back a BC server. If it’s any indication of demand, there are a few PS that run BC and they are always populated. I personally won’t play on PS, but the bigger server that launched recently had over 4K people playing when I checked a few days ago. If that’s any indication, I’d say you’d have a dedicated BC player base.

I’d play a TBC era classic server.
Could be interesting if it started in vanilla then became TBC later but this time without a bungled TBC launch that gave people just a couple days to level a BElf or Draenei, did not open any fresh servers for the launch itself and did not offer character boosts.
The way TBC launched kinda killed it for me this time around which was disappointing.

You mean the 2weeks(which was way to short) that we had when the talents and pvp system was tbc, but the level cap was 60 and the dork portal was not opened?

Speak for yourself. There is at least one small server worth of people that would play. Blizz is dropping the ball, they really need at least one era server for every version they release to make everyone happy

I would love a “start from scratch” server and would level again from level 1. I honestly feel that’s the way to go at this point being that we moved straight into wrath and didn’t have the option to copy our characters, which I’d be more than happy with.

I agree, starting over would be much better at this point anyways wiping gold cap and giving us that fresh feeling as well.

If they ever put out a TBC and/or Wrath server, that’s the way to do it. Fresh. And…it would pretty much have to be. Once the next expansion launches any chance of an Era server for those characters is gone. It’s not like Classic to TBC where they cloned everything. Nothing was cloned TBC to Wrath and not happening Wrath to Cata.

And this is so sad. I don’t know if I am naive - probably yes - but I alwaus thougth the Wrath servers would be permanent as they are the last Classic in my mind, so I gathered and worked for lots of things, that I cared to have - some of them quite time-consuming.
I am afraid I would not care to do all this over again if we had fresh Wrath servers later on.
This effectively means that if there’s no Wrath Era servers made now, with the possibility of cloning to Cata if you like, then I’m done with Wrath for a very long time, if not forever.

Exactly. We need fresh Era BC and Wrath servers That we can feel confident in putting our time into and always feeling good about coming back to them Just like how we have vanilla now and it is booming. These versions of the game should always be able to be played as there is a huge audience for each one of them.
