bruh, I’ve played pvp servers for YEARS.
okay?
There is no difference between a pvp server and warmode other than you’d be able to gank people lower than you.
And as I mentioned with another person, WM has more benefit than a pvp server does as you actually get a 10% boost.
So… tell me honestly, what benefit does a pvp server have that Warmode doesn’t?
We all know the answer.

lol your still in that mental phase lmao. you will grow up eventually pvp servers back in the day became pve servers. the losing faction would faction xfer or leave to a server thats dominant with that faction.

if they brought back pvp server(s), people would play them until they realized:
- “oh, my faction is greatly outnumbered” then they would faction change or reroll on the server where the faction they wanted to play was in charge of the server
–or–
- “oh, this isn’t fun like I remembered it was” and abandon it altogether.

whatever. im done here. fwiw, i figured out why everyone here thinks people only want a pvp server to grief. because people expect from others what they expect from themselves. and you lot are only too happy to dogpile when safe in numbers. IE - you gank because you can, so assume everyone else would too.
im not wasting more time here. pvp is dead. community is dead. logic is dead. i’ll save myself further frustration

every pvp server late in their lives were pseudo pve servers. it was either 99% horde or ally. all the raiding was one faction. there was no pvp when there was very little of the opposite faction

You are in a guild with just your own alts, you never wanted a community otherwise you would have made your own already.

Yup, I’m well aware.
That being said, I do have some good world pvp memories from when I played on Spirestone. That server stayed surprisingly balanced between horde and allaince for almost the entirety of the time I was there (got kind of horde heavy during cataclysm, which made wpvp and raiding difficult so I transferred off of there to Sargeras shortly before MoP launched)

Ganking sub-20s is the exclusive difference between WM and PvP servers, so it is very apparent why people assume that is what you want. As for PvP being dead, it’s never been a big part, WPvP much less so than that. Communities are alive and well, so is logic. You should check those out sometime

There it is. Everything in this game should be an option. To that end… joining a PvP server was also an option, one people HATED so much, Blizz turned them all into PvE realms and added War Mode. I’m sorry that you can’t just cruise zones looking for 71-79 to drop in an gank, but as toxic as this game already is… PvP servers made them twice as bad.

Here is a solution…
- Turn on a single PvP Server
- Form Gank squads
- Have Blizzard forceably remove all Gold farming Bots, Trade chat spammers to the PvP Server.
- Gank squads have fun.

I never said you called me an idiot. You seem to lack reading comprehension skills, or you’re so upset the conversation hasn’t gone your way that you aren’t thinking clearly.
Either way, projecting your deficiencies onto others is an effective way to tell people you aren’t mature enough to discuss the topic at hand.
Pvp is in the state it’s in because Blizzard evaluated the community participation and saw a successful business decision in reducing server count while eliminating pvp-exclusive ones.
The community isn’t dead. Your idea of what it should be -MIGHT- be dead, if you and people who agree with you choose to walk away rather than figuring out how to make the current circumstances work for you.
You are hardly in a position to criticize the logic of others when you’re cherry-picking, making ad-hominem attacks, and arguing from authority.
I am also done with this conversation. You have been told how you can adapt; whether you do so, or not, is entirely up to you.

I’m only jabbing at the spammers…relax a bit. I hated forced world PvP, which is why I did not join one.
They are not the same. It’s been explained how they are not the same. It doesn’t fill the same purpose, and your opinion on that isn’t my problem.
