No, I don’t disagree that ML could come back. It should just be available to HOF guilds only.
I certainly don’t want it to permeate into other avenues of the game.
So anyways, with all the changes blizzard is making to bring back players with standards, bring back ML. If you leech loot, don’t commit to guilds, and therefore prefer PL, that’s fine. You don’t need to join a ML guild.

So enable it to people that don’t need it anymore? Sounds great.
Enable it for the only people it matters to. Non HoF guilds are filler guilds that don’t need ML.
HoF kill gets you ML next season!
Sounds like a really good way to make it harder for guilds close to HoF to break into it seeing as ML matters most at the start.
