It makes no sense for casuals guilds running normal to use master looter. It isn’t worth the loot distribution hassle. They all used personal loot during Legion.
This is why the people who don’t want ml back (as an option that groups they are not involved in would enjoy) use examples from old expansions before PL was also a thing and seldom mention legion at all.
Get a sense of humor.
Probably aren’t creative enough to create a believable fiction from legion, and/or are just bitter.
I Don’t use Legion that much as Legion was the tipping point where i changed content, M+ was introduced and my Desire to raid when more entertaining content was made available dropped dramatically.
Also hi, How has this thread gone on for some damn long?
every time someone makes a pro-ML point, spirits/jolts (same person), shows up to insult them.
Yeah, Them much like their counterpart Aren’t good people to have on any side of the argument, Don’t Worry they Aren’t Associated with the Pro PLNR crew.
Like Capslock said, too many come back in here to either hurl out insults at the Pro-ML crowd. Or, others coming back here threatening this thread be locked, when it would’ve died a long time ago, had nobody done any of that nonsense
It’s actually wild how gigatilted you all get trying to present opinion as fact.
The are merits to both systems, and yes not having ML in the game hamstrings progression at times and leaves quality gear out of play because of the ilvl or slot restrictions.
It can also be true that a lot of people abuse ML system and that, let’s be real here, Blizzard customer service is laughable enough without all the ninja loot tickets.
These are not mutually exclusive ideas and neither are invalid arguments. Stop being children who insult someone’s video game progression because they don’t agree with you and because the only thing that gives you a nebulous sense of superiority is how many Internet bosses you’ve killed.
The truth lies in the middle: if this thread is so long, it’s proof that the current system isn’t working. Maybe , and most likely, the best solution doesn’t exist yet.
Personally, I’d be fine with them at least removing all trading restrictions, because if you’re soft enough to let someone online bully you into giving loot that’s actually an upgrade for you to someone else, you don’t deserve the loot.
Additionally, ML should be activated for mythic difficulty at the very least, subject to a group vote to activate, and/or restricted to a guild-only run.
Hell, just make it like war mode and you won’t even see raids that don’t use the loot rules you want.
Either way, there are some sad children in this thread.
I’m for 100% guild runs, only. I’ve been saying this.
why i have the feeling they gonna keep kicking people till everyone go for yes lol.
ML was a source of infinite drama, if anything drop more currencies etc so we can buy the gear we need.
Yeah, I may be pro-ML, but I don’t agree with the OP’s suggestion. I agree with other Pro-MLers suggestions of 100% guild runs, only. And, no, a guildie who just joined doesn’t activate the ML option, either. A certain amount of time needs to pass by before ML can come into play. To avoid kicking out people, just to get the ML function. Like a 3 day grace period or something
I honestly think blizzard should just stop trying to cater to everyone and just do exclusive guild content like 3 raid bosses per patch for guilds only etc and let the guilds decide how they wanna do stuff.
I see what you’re saying, but I do like the concept of LFR. I (too) think group content is obviously guild content. With all of these solo ways to do said group content, what’s the point of guilds, anymore, right (other than Mythic)?
Another thing to help “remove” this thread from your view is to Mute it. You won’t see it nor even get notifications for it, either.
You’re acting like players even interact with each other enough to have a conflict.
You’ll get it with ML.
That’s what the pro MLers like to forget in their arguments.
Good, maybe the game will feel like you’re playing with people instead of bots.
Giving players the ability to be pricks to one another does not make for good interaction.
People have that option just by playing the game in general.
