The mage tower transmogs are amazing and just can’t be obtainable if u are a new player.

I hope they do one day take the frame/skeleton of the Werebear and slap a new skin on it for Druids that missed out on the MT but beyond that no it shouldn’t ever come back.
They should provide rewards of equal quality, just not the exact ones from the Mage Tower.
Before I was against it, I got my rogue/druid ones and always felt those who played and earned those items deserved to have them and they remain exclusive. But now, I have no issues with it coming back now if they decided too. Even if they wanted to make them recolors

No, they are special for a reason.
If they ever came back Blizz could never use the “time limited” card to encourage people to stay subbed ever again.
That’s the only reason I think we’ll never see them again.

As someone who finished leveling a druid, just to get the bear mage tower skin, I’d be ok with them coming up with a way to bring them back. I’d hope it would maintain some level of difficulty, even tho Kruul wasn’t very difficult by the end of legion if you had some gear and the correct legendaries, which became easy to obtain with the vendor.
I think things like the Mage Tower are more than that. Those challenges were designed around the talents, spells, gear, legendaries, artifacts and in the future, classes available at the time. Talents and spells have been changed or removed. Legendaries and artifacts have been deactivated. Knocking your character down to level 40 doesn’t bring all that stuff back 
No you should have been there, better luck next time something like this comes out.
I don’t think it should come back cause then your opening the flood gates for other items locked behind achivements and dungeons that are gone.
As someone maining guardian right now I’m actually often upset when I realize I cannot get thr good forms. It’s just not possible. I understand it was meant as exclusive but those forms are legitimately the only nice looking bear forms
They could try bringing back a model with the same skeleton but a different color/texture; different enough so that the folks who got them already could still feel special.
They were quoted saying in an interview back then that they plan on bringing it back again or at least something similar down the road. This was at the end of Legion though so who knows when they will bring it back.
I like all the Artifact Guardian forms and those are all still available. In particular the one from Balance of Power.
