Id love to be able to blacklist a single map for Epic bg and a single map for random each.

no it causes noobs to get owned in the ones that pros dont blacklist.
before someone mentions seething shore, i like it and id blacklist AV for not having any PvP

I don’t like BG blacklists. They encourage Blizzard to ignore BG issues because players can just blacklist them away (which exacerbates the issues for those that don’t want to blacklist).
Of course, they tend to ignore issues anyway. But blacklisting encourages it.
The last time we had blacklist, one battleground ended up being more blacklisted than the others and the devs simply chose to get rid of both that battleground and blacklist at the same time.
I think it makes the devs jobs a wee bit too easy.
Shouldn’t have ever been removed, just like reforging shouldn’t have.
Blizzard’s great at implementing nice QoL features and then removing them for no good reason.

This is a good point. I would still 10000% blacklist Seething Chore if i was ever given the option.

Even just being able to blacklist 1 (one) map would be sufficient for most players
If I had to guess how it would play out:
- either Seething Shore or Deepwind Gorge would be blacklisted in the regular BGs rotation
- Wintergrasp would be blacklisted in epic BGs
