im not sure which one is better i know the DW lets me run two enchantsin but 2h also is easier to keep up with hmm

Brewmaster is better with a 2h. Only monk spec that should dual wield is windwalker.
You want to dual-wield if possible.
But you should sim it both ways.
They even added a hidden 2% damage buff to brewmaster & windwalker if you use a 2h weapon, back in 2021. As far as I know, it’s still there:

Right now, you want to run a two-hander, using the pole arm from rashok because that is basically so powerful it should be classified as a legendary
I see some brewmasters DW with the Cragmaw weapons for extra DPS. Could be something to look at.
Only the mythic version, otherwise is better to use the 1 handed weapons from Underrot and Neltharus.

The 441 rashok pole arm sims about 1.5k dps higher than dual wielding 447 bile stained Crawg tusk / 447 forgestorm on single target.
The 441 rashok polearm sims 15k dps higher than those two in aoe situations.
DW unless your highest ilvl weapon is the Rashok polearm.
