The rewards are as inebriated as the event. Maybe this is a meta joke? Total immersion? Like Who’s Line is it Anyway, where the quests are made up and the experience points don’t matter?

My 57 priest has the green treasure box, like the screenshot you posted.
I am at least encouraged that the level 60s and up that I’ve checked have all had the epic loot box, though I can’t understand why yours didn’t.
I logged into a 60 that had never been to dragon isles as well, and have the purple box too

Same here. My level 60 who never went to the Isles can get the purple box. My level 63 on Dragon Isles has the green box. My level 62 on Dragon Isles has the purple box. My level 61 on Dragon Isles has the green box.
The Direbrew queue is already dead on my server. I guess if people can’t get rewards, they have no interest in joining up.
It’s probably a bug, blizzard has a tendency to be tight lipped about these things though so who knows TBH.

Just tested it on a level 67 Hunter who is in DF and he received the purple box. So either wowhead is wrong about the level or it is right about it being a bug.
Just as a note, I can’t recall: during the Hallows End dungeon, was the mount available to all characters or was it locked to cap level toons? I can’t recall.

the weapons can be upgraded so that might be why its for 70s only
My 63, 63, and 65 alt have level 70 Tier Pieces in their bags, so I don’t think so.
About a 4m wait on mine atm, may be a time of day thing.
Also, all of my 60-69 alts got a purple box, so I assume Blizzard hotfixed it.
I don’t get why they keep making max level a thing for these events, 50+ should be enough.

Why should some random look at it as a positive thing? I know you’re just echoing Blizzard’s reasoning for removing access to this content, but if it feels bad it still feels bad, no matter what you want them to feel. “Now you have no choice but to buy the expansion” or “Now you have no choice but to level up all your characters”…
Just another #feelbad moment that smacks of desperation.
