We can dragonride at 60. That requirement needs fixed.

The expansion starts at 60. Every other box has been for the starting level of the new expansion, not max level of the new expansion.
60 is sl max lvl thats is what i am saying so getting a dragonriding customization would be pointless
And if they don’t have dragonriding unlocked, the game isn’t going to give them a customization for it. Level is irrelevant for that. The box should not be max level.
Dude, the epic boxes from Love is in the Air, Hallow’s End, Brewfest and Fire Festival have always been available to people that hit max level from the previous xpac.
This is obviously unintentional. Even Wowhead points out it’s probably unintentional. Why are you arguing this? To be contrary?
With Brewfest going live in Europe, players have noticed that the main bag of rewards for the event, 
Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest, is only available for level 70 characters.
if it was a bug we would see a blue or wow head with more info so far this might be a new thing

It needs changed. It’s gating people from the rewards. You can’t get dragonriding n manuscripts without having dragonriding unlocked. All this is doing is keeping people from getting the other rewards and that’s bs.
