not true on this when df was released i got a manuscripts from a rare in the first zone
dont know if it was fix or not but got hair or tail for the first drake we get

I wasn’t able to get manuscripts until I unlocked the chapter and got my first mount.

And if it’s bugged or changed, then fix it. Or who the heck cares if they get the manuscript. We still get useless relics from Legion raids. It doesn’t matter.

Barring people from all the rewards unless they’re max level is a trash decision.

They do need to fix this. The pumpkin during Hallow’s End has been epic for 10 levels before max. Now there will be a dragon riding skin then as well. Hope they fix it and don’t screw the HH. For everyone. counts blessings that he got the HH mount in ‘09

I feel that. I got my HH mount about 3 years ago finally…

Just finally got Brewmaster title again. Reason I say again is everything got lost with my first account and was gone too long for Blizz to reinstate. So happy right now :slight_smile:
