Brewfest & Blix Fixwidget

When I was playing Brewfest in the game I looked for Blix Fixwidget who is the horde vendor for Brewfest. Every time I look for him he is not around, even after the Brewfest organizer indicated on the map where to find him. I was wondering if anyone else is encountering this problem?

For me, he shows up at coordinates 41, 17. He is in between the group of 3 Gordok Ogres and the line for the outhouses.
