Been camping it for 140+ minutes while wowhead comments say it should spawn under 2 hours. I also read that some comments say that phasing can put you in a shard with another respawn.
If that’s truly the case I’d like a refund of my gametime. It’s absurd that besides of it being an elite mob that can only be tagged by 5 people I can be forced onto another phase and literally waste my time.
Refunds are not typically given for used gametime, even if you think it was wasteful.
There are entire player groups camping the rarest spawns on the game that can take months to even appear.
Unfortunately they cant spawn a mob here nor can a GM u can report it as bug but thats about it.
You can certianly ask for a refund however its highly unlikely depending on how much of the game time u have used and it also cant be done here…
I know I’m not going to get gametime, just showing how very little our time is respected. This issue has been known since 10.0 and we’re in 10.2 for months now.
That’s not really how it works - more so in MMOs. Items ain’t going to drop the first time, nor would they be easy to get. If it was, they won’t be rare, like race mounts.

This isn’t about droprates (that’s a different issue on its own), this is about the mobs not spawning at all due to sharding.
Well, unless you have an account or rules question, there isn’t much the CS forum can do. The blues here have no power over the game, nor do they send feedback on players behalf. If you feel like something should chance, it’d be better suited in the general forum.
