Does anyone know if we are meant to be locked at rank 8 of brawlers guild? I do not remember from original MOP if this was the case or not, I also want to say that the challenge card vendor is no longer in the brawlers guild and that the disruption challenge card is extremely hard due to it missing some ground effect visuals that the cannons are suppose to shoot out which leads to instant death 99% of the time.
Yeah that’s how it was in original mop from what I could remember. The last two ranks didn’t release I think until ToT/SoO.
the four rares including disruptor should already available at this stage.
level 8/9 bosses are available later indeed.
but right now the NPC that sells rare challenge cards seem to be removed.
can it be fixed?
yeah iwas trying some of the challenges then and the vendor is still gone im sad bump

Yes the card vendor is missing. For the time being, once you reach rank 8 you can only watch other people fight. Invites are account-wide though, so if you’ve got an alt you can run it again on them. This will also give you another invite to give to someone else, I can confirm as I’ve done it on this monk and my hunter alt
Did they remove the vendor after the patch? The vendor was up when I was getting to rank 8 week 1. Kinda lame if they removed the bonus fights after the fact 
They removed it randomly in the middle of last week. I was in there vibing one night on my monk helping my hunter guildmate get through, the next night we have a big guild chillout night and it’s gone
