Boycott ... Warmode?

I never even use it!

Sure. But no one is going to ‘boycott’ Warmode. There are more Horde than Alliance, and there are more Horde that are PvPing than Alliance. Fix the core problem and everything else will work out. I think Blizzard should start offering free faction transfers on the servers with the worst problems.

I doubt transfers will fix the inbalances. There is little teason to swap to ally for average players. Meaning ally will almost always be outnumbered.

Which makes balancing shards nearly impossible. Ally generally without a worth while bribe are unlikely to flag.

And really when ally had the 400 ilevel bribe quest. It doesnt take long to complete.

For example i was able to complete the quest on both my ally toons in ruffly an hour by farming a fl/wq along with countless other players.

The second the quest was done wm was off. The % bonus is simply not worthwhile at level cap.

One of bfas core faults is that more then half the expacs content is moot after ruffly a month. The only content that has longevity is all instanced. Raids, rated bgs/arena, and high mythic plus.

I generally dont care for pvp so i rarely flag on any of my toons.

You’re right. But that’s not an excuse to not even try. The “bribe” quest is the best Blizzard can do right now to get Alliance to enable war mode, but at least it’s something, I suppose.

The core problem needs to be solved before solutions like these can be truly rectified.

people still talk about warmode?

I should add that however hard Horde ‘tries’ to boycott warmode, Alliance will boycott it harder by default. This isn’t a battle you can win. You should just faction change to Alliance, then you can enjoy the greener grass you think we have over here.

had warmode off literally since it came out. World pvp in wow has and will always be it’s worst feature.

Now I’m just happy I have the option to turn it off while still playing on the same realm as my friends.

Well if any of my friends still played the game that is.

Since it is Sunday, I demand that boycott be renamed girlsleepingplatform. Make the change!

yep

those of who don’t have it turned on will in time be swayed to turn it on by these thrilling complaints about how bad it is. This seems to be drive for the threads I guess.

I roll both sides. I have it turned off both sides. I am fair and equal here lol. I in time have come to like levelling up to 110. I don’t need the bonus. WoD again? I say this with less dread than BFA 110-120 again? really. Not even joking there. I can’t fly in either one. So both equal there and not a (no) flying rant.

You’ll never get enough people to boycott it. The rewards are too good for people getting conquest from incursions and the AP farming for raiders squeezing out every last piece.

I hope I am not the only who realizes that just because something isn’t supposed to be the point, doesn’t mean that’s now how it came out. Yes the point was to get more alliance doing wpvp but now the horde are crying because they have no incentive. Now if you think about it, what was the incentive before wm bonus and the Overwhelming Odds quest/reward? There was none, it was simply because you wanted to be susceptible to attacks from the other faction and vice versa.

Now I will concede that what i mentioned wouldn’t effect the overwhelming odds quest, but it still would provide some rewards balance.
