Wowup will only have github and wago because curse blocked thier API.
I refuse to get the desktop overwolf client. I’ll either manually download from websites or simply Uninstall ones I don’t use.

curseforge pulls from github and wowup does the same thing
look at every addon they all have github links
honestly the only addon that matters is weakaura since you can program an entire addon inside it and they are on github.
Microsoft does NOT own activision. They put in an offer to buy it and are making plans accordingly, but the deal has not gone through yet.

100% your complaint is that Curseforge isn’t supporting WoWUp and has nothing to do with Github.
Curseforge is a thing, because it’s convenience, just like WoWUp is trying to do while monetizing itself.
Not for another year, or so…

wont be long until all addons are sourced from there anyways, ms isn’t gonna let curse continue to take money out of their pockets.
Github isn’t convenient for the average user. Curse is subsidizing it’s product with ads most people can ignore.
Neither is charging people for a service, and unless MS decides to make a product they’ve owned and released free for years, require payment, nothing is going to change.
Its not even one tenth of what the original Curse Client was. Sucks that it got bought out by such incompetent people.
Not sure why the hate on overwolf, i find it fairly simple & useful, plus i can update all my addons in one click.

I just manually do addons. I never trust any program to update or download for me.
Even it only takes 10 seconds for you, it takes 1 second for me. I am 10 times more efficient than you.

So… what does that have to do with anything? You do you. I’ll be dragging and dropping my addons away and then going back to whatever I was doing. You click the button and go back to whatever you’re doing.
I don’t understand the point you’re trying to make here. Think you’re just trolling at this point.
