It’s almost a slap in the face!
You want to compare my forum posting character to yours?
I don’t hide on alts.

You know you have lost when you resort to pixel comparison.
Yes.
It is.
And Blizzard says it’s okay.
Thank you for the third thread this week about people with largely disposable income getting a step up on people without largely disposable income.
I’ll call it P2W once twenty boomkins take down Mythic Nzoth
Edit: I can directly buy a token from the AH and turn it into 30 days of game time. No need for it to be turned into Blizzard balance. Next time actually know what you’re talking about
i pay for my sub with gold, just because i bought the token (with gold) to get time, doesn’t mean i paid with someone else’s money.
But in their warped minds…someone made a profit from your purchase, and you can go into game world and win…something…so…PAY TO WIN?!?
It’s really amusing the gymnastics they do to try and make some stupid point more than what it is. BRB, need more popcorn…
The P2W crowd has no ground to stand on. Still have yet to hear any legitimate arguments for Multi-boxing. It’s just constant insults, topic change attempts, false flagging, delfecting, and of course the ‘shh nothing to see here’ posts. All of the underhanded and shady tactics these boxers use I shouldn’t be surprised though, they are cheaters after all. What should we expect. Sad really, but its obvious which side of this ‘debate’ has the games and communities best interest in mind.
awsome. doesnt change anything though. because the coin is money. the fact that you were able to trade a player in game gold for it is a bonus for you. example, when someone goes on eldorado, the dollars they pay for gold are still money, even though they were traded for in game gold.
because cutting edge before it was taken down my most guilds in the world isnt winning? why do you get to decide the EXACT definition of what winning is.
no, you paid with YOUR money. the token is money. it was yours, you used it to pay for a service, in this instance, game time. you could have purchased games or mounts or hearthstone cards, but you purchased game time, with money.
C/E was purchased this tier before most guilds cleared it.
the carry was performed by a guild that spent over 100,000,000 gold on BoE’s, and subsequently got the world first kill.
that guild purchased gold from an RMTrader.
so-3 levels of P2W
They used their in game gold that anyone else could have used to do the same? That’s not pay to win and what did they win?
Even if your conspiracy theory is true its still not p2w cause they didn’t win anything.
A quick Google search show 1,000,000 gold= $100. You want people believe a guild spent $10,000 just to be world first haha. Loosen up the tin foil hat a bit you are getting a little desperate to try and prove wow is p2w.
I’m glad Blizzard allows multi-boxing. I tried it out three months ago and now I multi-box with virtually every class 5-man teams daily. It’s fun for me.
I can no longer work, live alone and have no kids. I have the means, the time and the will to multi-box. I will never be bullied or harassed into quitting.
It brings me enjoyment, it’s fun and it’s been allowed by Blizzard since the games inception nearly 16 years ago.
It won’t matter how many threads you start on here. People tried the same thing with, “No fly, no buy”. Blizzard hasn’t budged on that and we still have pathfinder in Shadowlands.
Multi-boxing has been allowed, just isn’t directly supported by Blizzard. I spoke to a gamemaster just four days ago about it. I rarely get harassed in-game about it, but when I did last week, someone kept following me around, using slurs and obscenities at me incessantly. The gamemaster assured me that what I am doing is completely allowed and with the EULA which I agreed to and still agree to.
It’s okay to voice your objections just like it’s okay for me to voice my love for multi-boxing. In my humble opinion, it’ll never go away… and these threads offer no fear towards my style of gameplay nor does it scare me into stopping it.
I don’t fear false positives either. I play within the confounds of what is allowed, have done so for around 15 years. So, to those that whisper me and tell me they are reporting me… go ahead, they won’t ban me for multi-boxing. I won’t stop no matter how much you or someone else hates it. Ever… period.

are you purposefully ignoring how profitable method was or are you that ignorant? your not talking about a guild, your talking about a business.
-
it is. cutting edge, the best loot, prestige loot and mounts, WORLD first. and, it is all true. and actually, its well known.
-
they traded gold for money, than used that money to pay blizzard.
you boxxers and apologists keeps rehashing the same weak arguments. its really sad. the fact that you have to pretend method didnt buy boe, and that method didnt sell C/E carry, or that method wasnt a profitable business, and finally that method ended up getting tangled up with gallywix shows just how weak the argument is.
I’m not a boxer or apologist I’m just telling you WoW is NOT P2W.
It “wasn’t” until multiboxxing and tokens.
Having the ability to buy 150k gold for $15 and then buy 475 gears is called P2W.
Having the ability to spend $150 on 10 subs, 10 accounts and farm 10times the amount of zin’anthid than anybody else is called P2W.
You know, you could take two seconds to google this and get an answer. There is no conspiracy here. It’s like you guys put in 0 effort to know what’s actually happening in the game. Complexity-Limit spent 257+ million gold for on their push for world first N’Zoth. Method was in the 200 million range.
$10k isn’t much money. That’s pennies compared to the potential residuals. Sponsorships and endorsements alone bring in $100k or more for these guilds, if not more.
Method bought a ton of that gold outside of the accepted channels. That’s what got them in hot water.
Wrong thats all for convenience everyone is still able to get those same items without spending money. In order for a video game to be P2W Wow would have to sell the best items in their store for real money. The only way to obtain those items is with real money from the store.
What you described is 100% convenience plain and simple and that is NOT P2W.
having the ability to gear to 475 with $ when everyone else is at 400 is just a convenience now? lmao, your logic is so flawed I don’t even know what to say.
So me being able to complete dungeons, raids, pvp achievements, other contents 6 months ahead of you is somehow not p2w. lol ok then little buddy good luck have fun.
actually as i have detailed it is, but i will break it down.
step 1. pay blizzard more money to multibox
step 2. earn gold 2-10 times faster than someone who doesnt pay blizz more money
step 3. buy C/E, time lost proto drake, glad, longboi, 475 boe with rank 3 stars, or start RMT.
so much this.
no, that is just your own definition there.
pay company more money=in game advantage. making 5 times the gold someone else does isnt convenience, its p2w.
How is that p2w? What are you winning? Everyone else still has the chance to complete all that content they just did it faster. Does it impact your game? Did it ruin your experience? No not at all they paid real money (you could too) for tokens in return for Gold. You could have I could have and bought the same items off the AH. Its 100% a convenience because every single player could have done the same thing.
