We’re unable to move the token or otherwise transfer funds, Demonly. It would need to be refunded, then you can purchase the Wow Token on the correct character.
You submit a ticket using the WoW Token purchase problem, which is not exactly the same thing as using the request a refund option. The Request a Refund option is nearly automated, which allows the system to refund the request if it otherwise qualifies for a refund. Hence, why I recommended the link provided earlier. I just want to make sure you can get help as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, due to a few factors we have a fairly substantial increase in contacts, that coupled with some limitations in how our staff is currently operating, response times are less than ideal. I believe for many refund/billing related matters, it should be under 12 hours last time I saw the response times.
