Bought WoW Token on Wrong Toon

I bought a wow token a few min ago. I assumed I could choose which character to claim it on.

Its now on the wrong toon

Please help how can I rectify this?

Tokens are bound to the character you purchased them on.

Unfortunately, I don’t believe that there’s anything a GM can do when it comes to tokens.

That is primarily the reason the system is in-game, because it goes to the character that purchased it.

Our Support staff may be able to help, but you’ll want to put in a refund request. The link Kyzera provided would be the correct starting point.

Dont want a refund just the token on the correct character. I just submitted a ticket

We’re unable to move the token or otherwise transfer funds, Demonly. It would need to be refunded, then you can purchase the Wow Token on the correct character.

You submit a ticket using the WoW Token purchase problem, which is not exactly the same thing as using the request a refund option. The Request a Refund option is nearly automated, which allows the system to refund the request if it otherwise qualifies for a refund. Hence, why I recommended the link provided earlier. I just want to make sure you can get help as quickly as possible. :slight_smile:

Thanks using the link now. Didnt think it was right bec I didnt see wow token as an option.

Used the link canceled the other ticket.

How long should a response take? Just curious

Unfortunately, due to a few factors we have a fairly substantial increase in contacts, that coupled with some limitations in how our staff is currently operating, response times are less than ideal. I believe for many refund/billing related matters, it should be under 12 hours last time I saw the response times.

Copy that. If I dont have a response by the time your contact center opens I will cancel it and do the instant chat option. Thanks!
