Based on the comments from the wowhead article on the pack, it’s not just me - people are receiving the last pack in the shop (Mischief, Iron Reaver, etc.) instead of the Celestial Pack.
Glad to hear you’ve already heard back! “Purchase Failure” and other account/billing tickets do tend to have priority so that is always great in unforeseen circumstances such as these.
Definitely keep an eye out on WoWhead or the forums for when there is some follow up or fix pushed through. ^^
Ah same for me over on EU and in my half asleep state didn’t notice the purchase failed and went with not listed for the ticket I sent it. I’ll give it 72 hours before I look at resubmitting a ticket.
You’re far better off deleting that ticket and submitting one under “Purchase Failure” as was advised above.
Going with a “Not Listed Here” puts you down into a general catch-all queue. Purchase Failure has an appropriately higher priority and quicker response time to reflect that.
