Bought the 6 month package but no mount

I purchased the 6 month package deal that was going on. The game tells me “you have an unopened item in your collection” I go to the mounts and look for the Steamscale incinerator but it’s not there.

I go check on the gifts tab under blizzard app, nothing there.

Is there something i’m not doing correctly to acquire the mount besides hand my money over to blizzard?

Am I possibly just dumb and overlooking something so simple?

Check your filters and make sure the Shop one is checked under Sources.

As I said, it was probably the fact that I am dumb and simply over looked it.
