Bought a Race Change, logged out and back in multiple times, nothing appears on the login screen (Cata classic). Checked my account and the purchase is listed as complete. What do I do?
Give it 24hrs the open a purchase failure ticket all digital purchases can take up 2 24hr i know it says completed but it can take time.

I didnât see any option other than just âRace Changeâ.

The fine print on the one you linked pretty clearly says
" * Not available in World of WarcraftÂź Classic games"
so pay more attention to the fine print in the future.
Thank you, but I did read the fine print. The race change is not available for classic era, but it is available for WoTLK/Cata. On the page I bought the race change on, I clicked the âCertain Restrictions Applyâ link, which states the following: You can purchase a Race Change in Modern World of Warcraft and Wrath of the Lich King Classic to change the race, but not the faction, of a character.
And directly above that link, it says:
- Not available in World of WarcraftÂź Classic games
Also note that the links you see in the âCertain restrictions applyâ section take you to the shop page of each respective version of the service.
Thanks everyone - of course I realize that I bought the wrong version, but it is certainly not intuitive. I opened a ticket and a GM was able to arrange a refund, and Iâve purchased the correct service.
