And after several server crashes i can no longer use any of the items and the quest to get the items is gone from my other characters

will i get a response there? i was really enjoying using the kite to fly around
Can you elaborate, Unholyllama? Which items are you having trouble with? Are you getting an error?
Have you tried resetting your User Interface?
I can see all the licenses needed for those items on your account.
Edit: Also, be sure you are looking under your Pet tab for your mount and pet. You already completed the quest to acquire them. If you learned them, they would be there.

just tried getting rid of all my addons still having the same issue, would you recommend i delete my wtf folder?
You otherwise are still able see the Pet and Mount in your character’s collection? You mentioned the quest to get the items is gone, which made me think you lost the ability to see either and were thinking you needed to do the quest again.
The message you are getting has been reported and is being looked into. I don’t have any additional information at the moment, but they are working to track down what is causing it so folks can use those items again.

Technically speaking, resetting your User Interface includes deleting or renaming the WTF folder. So if that was your goal, yes, I’d recommend that.
You shouldn’t need to reset your UI at this stage though since you are experiencing an issue that we’re aware of.
That very well may be part of the issue, where the game isn’t recognizing that you have the appropriate license to use the pet/mount if you have them, or pick up the quest if you haven’t yet completed it.
Hopefully, we’ll know more soon and get the issue resolved.

I am having the same issue on my account. After a random disconnect this morning I am unable to summon the Mount or pet with the “the spell is not available to you” error. I cant use the Tuskar item in my inventory either.
When I went to the innkeeper the quest isnt showing up on any of my characters. I checked the WoW store and it says I’m upgraded to the highest version of WoW.
Having same issue here. Was able to use all items last night and again this morning until logging out recently and now cannot use them
Just bought the WOTLK epic edition, i dont see my shazam lvl 70… no mail nothing… but i see the -115$ CAD in my bank account tho…

Having the same issue here
Same issue, I was able to see the Quest in Skyfury yesterday. After starting on Maladath, the Elite Northrend Expedition Supplies Quest is missing. But all the other ones still showed up. (Tried User Interface without luck)
same issue here after a afk timeout
Not sure if something was done, But I created a Brand new character and walked to the first main capitol city Inn and the Quest appeared. Re-logged on my Main character and the Quest showed up.

I’m having the same issue. Bought the Epic upgrade and was able to use them on the 1st day of pre-patch. Now I don’t have the quest on any of my characters and can’t use any of the items that came with the Epic Upgrade. Hopefully the issue is fixed soon.
