Most purchases process pretty quick where you should hardly ever notice the delay.
Now and then we’ll see a delay. It could have been caused by the DDOS we were recently dealing with, or it could be the financial institute or our systems being a bit slow in approving the transaction.
The DDOS seems to have been cleared up and mitigated, so if it was that, it should hopefully clear up soon. If there hasn’t been any moment within 24 hours though, please submit a ticket using the Purchase > Purchase Failure category.
