Hi team,
I purchased a boost on my account. I went to go load it up on my second account (I have 2 accounts/subscriptions under the one bnet account) and the boost option is not there on the second account. It’s only there on 1 of the accounts.
I purchased it from the ingame menu from the account where I’m NOT boosting but I thought it might be ok wince they are all linked? Am I wrong? Do I need to make another boost purchase form the ingame menu on the account I wish to boost?
I have my faction changes etc available on both accounts, just not the boost?
Please help! I don’t really want to buy another boost.
If this is in reference to a Cata Classic boost, then it is restricted to the WoW license upon which it was purchased, as stated on the sales page.
- Level 80 Character Boost only available on WoW® Classic progression realms (currently Cataclysm Classic™). Boost is only usable on the WoW® game account for which it was purchased or redeemed as a gift.

The same rule will apply if this is in reference to a level 70 boost in Dragonflight.
- Character Boost can only be used on the WoW® game account on which it was purchased

Either way, you will need to put in a request for a refund so that you can purchase the boost on the correct license.
