Did you watch the video to the end? No you did not
Nothing to see here folks GEEEZ. at this point blizz is in cahoots with the bots thats how its looking
If Blizz banned GDKPs there would be less bots
If they would just have some people available to manually review bot reports, then IP block valid reports after analysis, Iâm sure the number of bot accounts would reduceâŠ
But if Blizz is intentionally allowing bots because of the revenue they bring, what can be done?
If I wanted to watch YouTube, then I would be on YouTube.
I watched enough of the video to see an astronomical amount of DK bots ⊠which clearly contradicts the title of the thread.
I donât care about whatâs at the end of a video in someone trying to be clever with a dumb comment.
Maybe in the body of the original post preface it with âwatch till the endâ or âwait for the quoteâ ⊠something which gives context.
This thread is why flamebaiting is against TOS.
Itâs like hockey. People get worked up by pests and the goons fight. Then the refs step in and itâs five for fighting.
I enjoy reporting people who get triggered and then see if blizzard does anything. Sometimes I use a few different accountsâand dozens of toons on them. It is interesting to me l, but the whole thing must seem redundant to the mods.
LULz
I think itâll take a community effort to stop bots; stop buying gold, KOS all bots, MC them into a corner, and interfere with their programing. Killing that vendor impacted them enough to force them to mail all items to another character on the realm which should leave enough of a paper trail for Blizzard to track and do something about.
They donât care. You can literally determine the outcome of a battleground when you zone in by the number of obvious DK bots your team has versus the other side. Bots are actually ruining a part of the game and they donât care.
Hopefully when Wrath ends and hardly anyone from Classic goes to retail to reward this garbage corporation there will finally be consequences.
Not gonna lie, Iâve been mostly content with the state of Wrath so far, so I havenât considered unsubbing. But when I stepped into WSG this weekend on my Hunter and saw whatâs been going on with these bots and how utterly unplayable it is, this is the first time Iâve stopped to strongly consider if I want to stay subbed.
Banning GDKPâs would probably eliminate much of the need for bots by the end of the phase. But itâs pretty obvious they dont care about the spirit of the game so thats not happening.
LMAO thatâs a lot of subscribers!
This post deserves more credit. I recall endless mages of ZF, the rogues of BRD, the bots of Botanica and now itâs the DKs of PVP. Honestly, there is really nothing new here. The solution is simple; incentivize players to buy less gold. This will never happen.
With love and popcorn.
Its because of GDKP. GDKP creates a marked for botters.
Every BG is ridden with bots fully busted
You seriously need to tag this on bliz main twitter feed
just had a game with 4 on our team and 7 on the other
one of ours had broken gear and was completely naked
blizzard do your job this is unreal
We went back a couple days later to try and slow them down again, unsuccessfully. Botting may in fact be a problem? Can blizzard respond to this, it is seriously out of control. These bots are running 24/7 adding unknown amounts of free gold into the world economy!
This is so hilariously out of control.
Got a good laugh.
This is absolutely hilarious. I wish I could have been there with you guys.
I had to share your video in one of my threads on GD
This thread is a perfect example. Hope you donât mind let me know.
Pretty sad that players have to finds ways to deal with bots on their ownâŠ
Guys,
Best thing you can do is to report the bots properly. Simply right clicking and pushing report with no actual text isnât enough.
Write up something. Location and your observation and your reasoning to identify that character as a bot.
I donât PVP much, but in open world I reported 5 people in the past few months. And on 4 of em I got a response from blizzard that an action was taken.
This is the best we can do to help.
