They are grouping systems for the easiest versions of pve content. Heroics are still a stepping stone into raiding.
You’re just the one who struggles in the lowest level of content.
And again, it’s a logical conclusion. As a pure basis, both of our stances are purely speculation, except mine is based on previous actions from the company who could implement it, whereas yours is just speculation and nothing more.
