The bots in Cata Classic are out of control. There used to be a time when you could farm 400+ Elementium Ore in an hour, now I’m lucky to get half that amount. Same goes for herbing. I’ve even seen 10 fishing bots in Org all fishing in the same place. It’s making the game unenjoyable in my opinion, and Blizzard needs to crack down.

Just /who Naxxramas for maximum fun.
I’ve been calling the naxxramas bots out for the past 6 months and they sometimes either get banned or stop farming that raid for a few weeks to focus on farming god knows what else. You can tell bots have stopped farming naxxramas whenever frostweave cloth goes up in price by a decent amount in the AH.
I wouldn’t be surprised if I get mass reported and perma banned by the bot mafia

Welcome to Classic. It’s been this way since GDKPs weaseled into the game and Blizzard decided catering to bots and whales was going to be their focus.

??? Botting been a major issue on retail for decades. It’s not some new issue caused by GDKP’s. You people are so stupid.
Bot accounts make sub/activity numbers look good for investors. Who cares if it’s a lie. Not blizzard that’s for sure. If they cared the bot issue wouldn’t be even worse on anni-fresh.

Blizzard is scamming its own customers… You can still farm a ton of ore but you have to farm during the off hours.

I personally have had over 2 dozen banned confirmed by the response letters. How have I repeated myself? Idiots like you are the problem.
Given I was replying to the bot who has essentially copy-pasted the same post across 6 different threads (multiple times in each thread btw), I’m not sure where you thought I was replying to your post directly.
In fact, my first message was responding to williamferal claiming GDKP is the reason for all the bots, and then my next message was responding to the AI forum poster who saw GDKP in a message and followed his instruction manual.
