Bot response to ticket

Look I get not being able to do the account merges right now because of a bug, but could they atleast respond with something along those lines not a generic reply that tells me to look in the support column to see how to do it myself when I legit can’t and have to have a ticket for it. I am not mad they aren’t merging my account I am mad they didn’t just explain why or say this process can’t be done at this moment. I waited like 11 days for a response just to get a general one

When you close your ticket you will get a survey. Add that feedback at the end of the survey.

The issue we’ve seen from the Customer Support forum is that the process deletes the WoW account instead of moving it.

I didn’t close my ticket I reopened it. Its not solved they didn’t give me a real answer. I appreciate you explaining but thats not my issue

That is not uncommon when putting in a ticket under the not listed here category. Which appears to be the correct category the support page links. It’s meant more for players seeking help with quests or achievements. There should be an option to reopen the ticket, hopefully they fixed that.

Yeah I reopened it but if they close it again even if I leave feedback it feels this company doesn’t care about their player base majority of the time. It feels like they had a bot close it. How is it our fault if the company can’t hire enough people. I am understanding to a degree. They legit could of just left it open til the issue could be resolved but this was the worst way of dealing with it

We don’t like sending those, but sometimes it’s necessary.

I do see your new ticket. I’ve had it moved to the holding queue so you shouldn’t get another like that.

What that does mean, however - is it may be quite some time before it’s resolved. They are working on a fix. While some of these went fine - others were getting hung - so at the moment they aren’t doing any out of caution until they are certain it won’t happen again.

I am perfectly ok with waiting when there is an issue that can’t be handled. I just hate generic responses that have no bearing to the ticket itself. Thanks for helping!
