I was mounted on an Iron-Bound Proto Drake, and took the boat from Boralus to Stormwind. Still transports me to the Alliance entrance for Alterac Valley
How often does this happen? According to this post, it should only happen when the servers run out of resources but fix itself shortly thereafter.
