Any way we can get actual boots on hooves? Or just make it an option to show hooves or the boots in transmog? I hate missing out on boot mogs just because I have a Draeni.

I swear the Darkshore Plate one does cover the hooves, I’ll have to go back and check later.
Simple solution: Play a race that doesn’t have hooves.

I wouldn’t mind some additional textures for boots that maybe cover the hoof themselves.
Still hoof shapped, but like… not leaving it out in the open? A cracked/broken/damaged hoof is not something you want. No way, no how.

Just don’t use anything gnome or goblin made.
Usually they use overly caustic materials to save on costs, and it will literally chew through your hooves… sensitive frail hooves are just as bad as broken or damaged ones…

Have you ever seen a horse with shoes covering their hooves? Yeah, that’s not really a thing and for a good reason…
What’s next, are people going to compain that they want their helmets to also contour around and enclose their elven ears?

It’s kinda the life we chose to live.
I noticed on my Druid that there are definitely some boots that don’t show models at all. But the majority of them had some sort of appearance for the area between the knee and hooves.
It would be nice if there weren’t the dead ones, though, where they just show nothing.
Have you seen some of the armor in this game? 90% of warriors would kill themselves trying to swing their weapons.
Over realistic design is silly in a Fantasy game, I say let people have shiny pretty things.

Hooves are still hooves and don’t need shoes. That’s like putting shoes on a dog or a cat. It’s just beyond ridiculous.
Hooves are not impervious to damage. They are not rock hard as diamonds.
Someone takes a cheap swing at your exposed hooves and cracks it? Enjoy feeling like your walking around on a broken foot all the time, and having to worry about infections 
Horses might not need it so much, but adventuring heroes? Far more likely. I’d say.

Special horseshoes would be pretty cool. Like the gold stuff the lightforged have on their hooves
This makes sense for trolls, but not hoof races, OP.
If we were talking about something where realism is expected I wouldn’t disagree with you. I’m not sure our bipedal cows or space goats really need to worry about hoof damage, though. 
You’d be surprised.
Proper should be part of every adventurers to-do list, but i see plenty of greenhorn adventurers neglecting their hooves, thus getting stuck and benched indefinitely while they recover. Nods

Only the elite mog does, so you’d better like purple and gold, or were active enough to earn the PvP elite set.
