Just got booted from game saying my sub expired but on my account page itys active and due for renewal in september

Try closing the launcher entirely, optimally rebooting your system, and see if that clears it up.

Just dc’s now with the same error code others are reporting.

We’re currently experiencing an issue with some folks logging into the game. This may be related.

I got the same error message when booted from game. I checked my sub and everything is fine.

While unfortunate, the occasional issues with servers and log ins do happen, and are taken into consideration with your subscription.

We hope to have the issues resolved as quickly as we can so that everyone can log in and play.

I haven’t been able to sign in for over 1.5 hours. Keep getting disconnected after connecting to realm server. shrug

Any way you could possibly disable the auto-logout mechanism that boots you back out past the authentication step? Was in game waiting for towers :slight_smile:

Why am i getting booted out of the game… i checked my sub… everything is ok… i havent been able to sign in for the last hour

For what it is worth, I was multiboxing 4 accounts, one got booted and cannot log back, I logged one out to test and that account can’t get past the connecting to realm before getting booted, and two accounts are still in world and playable. So, same laptop, same internet connection, same realm and grouped… dunno if that is helpful for troubleshooting. Myzreal. As of now, screen saying realm is full before booting me out on two accounts only.

Well… I guess we just gotta wait for them to fix it then. Server restarts only cause more issues :frowning:
